The Glenside Hotel - Drogheda

The room was super comfy, but the camp bed took up too much space.

I ate at a lovely restaurant for dinner and breakfast. And it was good modern and warm.

Location great - Bettystown just 5 mins away. Peaceful location off main road. Bar Food Excellent. Breakfast lovely. Rooms cosy. Excellent value for money - wife plus 1 child for €79 incl. breakfast- Great value.

Beautifully decorated dining spaces with a warm atmosphere.

We faced several issues . The noise from the smoking area outside our room was disturbing at night. The breakfast experience was disappointing as well. While the continental options were decent, the cooked breakfast was lacking significant quality that I expected.

No clean a hotel. Very poor value for money would never stay thre again

Location for our needs of the day was perfect. All staff were extremely welcoming and helpful.

With a good treat for my wife's birthday, a charming touch. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable. The check-in process could be a bit more efficient during busy hours.

Excellent breakfast - serving from 7 am and they will cook anything you require. Bar menu very good. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable room. Quiet and relaxed.

It's a bit of a walk on a non-pedestrian- friendly road into Drogheda, but taxis / cabs easy to get.

We had a very comfortable stopover on our way from Dublin Airport to Belfast. We didn't get in till 11 pm, but the staff were very friendly, the Guinness was good and the breakfast was fine next morning.

Ample free parking, spacious event management, beautifully decorated dining spaces

Room amenities could use a facelift!!! Cold room temperatures were uncomfortable!!! Shower water pressure left much to be desired!!! The lack of a thumbturn on bedroom doors is concerning for privacy!!!

Friendliness of the staff. Really excellent - from the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and great wit the kids. It was also inexpensive compared with other hotels in the area

nearby to drogheda we only stayed 1 night as a stopover on a trip to waterford , staff were lovely very friendly and helpful , food was wonderful

The staff were great, surprising us with a good presentation of fruit and baked goods for my wife's birthday. The attention to detail in the restaurant was evident, with fresh, seasonal ingredients used in each dish. Our room was impeccably clean. The dining area had a wonderful ambiance, made our mealtime enjoyable.

The shower pressure was notably weak, making it frustrating to use.

We were meeting friends in this area for dinner in this hotel and decided to stay the night when we saw the rate available through Booked.net - room was basic - but very clean - the staff were warm and welcoming - food was very good. We will go back for the service and the food.

It was lovely stay, I didn't want to say goodbye and would have extended the stay. The place was relaxing and ideal. I had great modern room complete with cutlery and the bar. The breakfast offered a huge variety of fab meals. Location: the hotel was just off an obviously popular eatery, restuarant and the outskirts of Drogheda.

Nothing that i didn't like!
